Are Videos Games are Good for us?

Mostly time we see that parents teach their children not play more video games and said go & play outside. Parents said Video Games are not Good for Eyes and health. But video games also improve many things in human.



Firstly, we talk about eyes. If we play more video games they not good for health it is not purely true. If we focus anything more from eyes it is not good for eyes like at the time of study or watching T.V. etc. 

After doing researches we learn that those play more video games they had develop a Eye hand co-ordination quality in them.This mean they react fast as they see anything and they are also accurate. In research we find that gamers mind develop more than the non gamers. In some studies we find gamers don't directly one step after than non gamer but they understand things fast and also adapt them fastly. They also increase their performance.For Example,

 We play Car Driving video game, in game we drive car. But in real life they also help to learn car driving fast and easily than non playing gamer. Because games increase mind ability and confidence in the gamer.



In medical science gaming also plays a important Role. Those surgeon plays more games they increase performance at the time of surgery than non gamer surgeon. They do internal surgery fast and accurate due to the eye hand co-ordination in gamer surgeons.

 But some games spread violence and inappropriate content like Blue whale Game. Due to this game many children lost their lives.but Some games are good 

 But we can said Games increase performance, confidence ,increase mind ability in the gamer than non Gamer.
